Create and Manage Users

Admins are the only type of Jungle users who have the ability to create, edit and delete a user.

Create a user

In the event that a new Jungle user joins the warehouse, an Admin must:

1. Navigate to the User page
2. Click "Create User"
3. Fill in the User form
4. "Submit" the changes

Edit a user

In the event that a user's details are outdated, an Admin must:

1. Navigate to the User page
2. Find the user
3. Edit the fields on the right of the screen
4. "Save" all changes

Reset a user's PIN

In the event that a user forgets their handheld PIN, an Admin must:

1. Navigate to the User page
2. Find the user
3. Click "Reset PIN"
4. Enter the new PIN 
5. "Save" the changes

Once a the PIN has been reset, please print out a new user QR code. If a user uses their old user QR code to login, they will not be able to access their handheld. 

Deactivate a user

In the event that a user has left the warehouse for good, an Admin must:

1. Navigate to the user page
2. Find the user
3. Click "Delete User"
4. Enter the user's username into the pop-up
5. Click "ok"

Link Users to Multiple Accounts

To link a user to another account, an Admin must:

1. Navigate to the user page 
2. Click "Invite to Join"
3. Enter a user's email
4. Have the user look in their inbox
5. Accept the invite to the account
