Admins are the only type of Jungle users who have the ability to create, edit and delete a user.
Create a user
In the event that a new Jungle user joins the warehouse, an Admin must:
- Navigate to the User page
- Click "Create User"
- Fill in the User form
- "Submit" the changes
Edit a user
In the event that a user's details are outdated, an Admin must:
- Navigate to the User page
- Find the user
- Edit the fields on the right of the screen
- "Save" all changes
Reset a user's PIN
In the event that a user forgets their handheld PIN, an Admin must:
- Navigate to the User page
- Find the user
- Click "Reset PIN"
- Enter the new PIN
- "Save" the changes
Once a the PIN has been reset, please print out a new user QR code. If a user uses their old user QR code to login, they will not be able to access their handheld.
Deactivate a user
In the event that a user has left the warehouse for good, an Admin must:
- Navigate to the user page
- Find the user
- Click "Delete User"
- Enter the user's username into the pop-up
- Click "ok"
Link Users to Multiple Accounts
To link a user to another account, an Admin must:
- Navigate to the user page
- Click "Invite to Join"
- Enter a user's email
- Have the user look in their inbox
- Accept the invite to the account
