Printer Health Check
If your printer is not turning on or is not printing labels, please execute the following steps. Check that:
- Your printer is connected to a power source
- Your printer is fully plugged in and the wires are secure
- The printer light is green
- Your gateway is fully plugged in
- The power light, wifi or 3G/4G light on your gateway appears as green
- Your handheld/web device is connected to the correct printer
Once you have checked the above, print out a product QR code from either the handheld or Jungle web to test the printer.
If your printer still doesn't work, ensure you:
- Switch the power off your gateway and printer
- Unplug both devices
- Remove the SIM from the gateway
- Leave the devices to sit for ~1 minute
- Reinsert the SIM into the gateway
- Replug all devices
- Turn the power on for both devices
- Let the devices sit until the green lights appear on the gateway
- Print out a product QR code to test the printer
