Why are my label margins incorrect?
If you have accidentally clicked the configuration button on your printer, the existing label margins on your printer will be lost.
If you have done this, follow the process outlined below.

Label configuration
If you find your shipping label margins aren't centred, please perform the following:
- Hold down the "x" button and the pause button at the same time for ~20 seconds
- Wait for the labels to feed through
- Print out a product label from the web or handheld to verify if the printer margins have been configured correctly
