You can see all your tickets from this customer portal.
- Sign in via the top navigation bar
- If you do not have an account, simply click the Sign Up button from the Sign in form
- Click on your name from the top navigation bar and select Requests
My Requests
The My Requests view you'll be able to see all tickets you've raised, along with their last activity and status. Click ing on a request subject, you'll be able to see the ticket history and add additional details.
Organisation Requests
You can view all tickets raised by individuals from your company/group of companies by click the Organisation requests tab from the requests page. You can then review ticket history and add additional information.
If you do not have access to the Organisation Requests section, please raise a support ticket requesting access to all your organisations tickets.
