There are three ways you can submit a request:
- Submit a request directly from this customer portal. Ensure you are logged in (use the Sign in link on the top navigation bar) and click Submit Request.
- Email support@jungle.app directly
- Depending on your organisations plan, you will be provided a support phone number to call.
