Connect a printer and a set of scales to your device

To connect a printer or set of scales to your handheld, begin by logging into the Jungle application and navigating to the home screen. 

In the top right corner, there will be 2 symbols; a printer symbol and a scale symbol.

If a symbol is coloured red, this means you have no devices connected to your handheld. 

To connect your devices, tap into either the printer or scale symbol, then click "Manually add printer".

You should now be viewing a page with the following options: "Location", "Printer", and "Weighing Device".

To change your printer and scale, click the drop-down list under each header, and select the appropriate device you'd like to connect to. 

Once you have selected the correct printer/scale, ensure you "Submit" your changes then press "Done". 

The printer and scale symbols should now be green, indicating that you have successfully connected your devices. 

Device Colour Code Meaning

Red	[Printer/Scale] Device is not connected
Yellow	[Printer/Scale] Device is not turned on
Green	[Printer/Scale] Device is connected

Screen Display

To change the zoom or orientation of the Jungle application in your handheld, click the printer or scale symbol from the Jungle home screen.

Click "Manually add printer", then navigate to the "Display" tab. This tab can also be accessed via the Jungle handheld side menu, by clicking "Settings". 

Once in the display tab, move the display scaling up and down until the zoom is adjusted to your liking. You may also select whether you'd like the display in portrait or landscape. If you are unhappy with the changes, you can revert to the default settings by clicking "Use default" at the bottom of the page.

When you are happy with your display settings, click the back arrow until you arrive at the home screen.
