Singles wave pick

Create a singles wave pick job 

Singles wave picking allows users to pick multiple ready to pack allocations with single items from within a nominated location. To start sing wave picking items:

1. 1. Sign in to Jungle via the Zebra handheld
   2. Click Jobs
   3. Click the green "+" button on the bottom right of the screen
   4. Select the wave picking singles workflow

Once in the job, scan or manually select a location/zone to start picking from. You will be directed to a new screen where you will be prompted to scan the suggested location.

You should now see a list of items to pick. To pick them, scan the product barcode or click into the product. Enter the quantity of the item and ensure you've added "Damaged" or "Oversized" labels if applicable. Click "Done".

Scan the trolley you are transferring the stock to before manually lifting the products onto it. Complete this process until all items in the list have been picked. If you have scanned an invalid location, you will receive an error message "Location x is not valid to location". 

If a location can be transferred as a whole, Jungle will notify you via a pop-up. In this case, you will be prompted to scan the item's current location, before scanning the picking trolley- bypassing the product quantity page. Once this process has been completed, manually transfer the whole location onto your trolley.

When all items have been picked, click "Complete". 

Put away items

If there are items that you no longer need, complete the workflow then visit the put away workflow to move the items from the trolley back to the shelves.
