Put away

Start a put away job

Put away items that were previously receipted for efficient storage. To start putting away items:

1. 1. Sign in to Jungle via the Zebra handheld
   2. Click Jobs
   3. Click the green "+" button on the bottom right of the screen
   4. Select the putaway workflow

Once in the job, scan or manually select a location/zone to start a put away. You will be directed to a new screen where you will be prompted to scan the suggested location.

You should now see a list of items to put away. To put the item away, scan the product barcode or click into the product. Enter the quantity of the item and ensure you've added "Damaged" or "Oversized" labels if applicable. Click "Done".

Scan the location you are transferring the stock to (highlighted on the handheld screen) before manually transferring the stock. Continue this process until all items in the list have been put away. If you have scanned an invalid location, you will receive an error message "Location x is not valid to location". 

If a location can be transferred as a whole, Jungle will notify you via a pop-up. In this case, you will be prompted to scan the item's current location, before scanning the highlighted put away location. 

When all items have been put away, click "Complete".
